Greenville Meditation offers personalized sessions in Meditation, Yoga, and Reiki, all designed to support relaxation, clarity of mind, and well-being.

 

Our sessions are tailored to your unique needs, with flexible duration, content, and techniques adapted to what works best for you. Our approach is practical and entirely non-religious.

In addition to private sessions, we provide meditation and mindfulness courses, as well as corporate programs—including lunch-and-learns and customized workshops designed to meet your organization’s specific goals.

We proudly serve the entire Upstate South Carolina region, offering sessions in our serene home-studio surrounded by nature, at your workplace, preferred park, in the comfort of your own home, or online.

Meet Samantha Spratt, Founder and Head Instructor of Greenville Meditation

Samantha Spratt is the founder and head instructor of Greenville Meditation.

 

With over 25 years of experience in meditation and yoga, Samantha brings a unique blend of corporate expertise and mindfulness coaching. A seasoned MBA corporate executive and certified meditation coach, her wellness training and credentials include:

​

  • Certified Meditation Teacher registered with Meditation Alliance International and accredited by CTAA

  • Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance ( RYT 200), currently pursuing RYT300 certification

  • Certified Reiki Master and Teacher (Usui Reiki Levels I, II, and III), focused on promoting the flow of energy throughout the body.

Samantha is Brazilian-American and lives with her family in Greenville, South Carolina. She enjoys practicing yoga and meditation, as well as spending quality time with her family and friends, pets, and in nature.  Learn more
